Jon Cotterill-Bolsover

 

Jon Cotterill-Bolsover is a highly experienced training consultant, sports coach and trainer based in South Yorkshire.

Currently serving as Head of Performance at Chesterfield Ladies FC, where he heads the development and player care programme, Jonathan also works with the Afghanistan Women's National Team and The Chagos Islands International Men's team offering sports science, performance support and coaching consultancy.

Jon has recently accepted a role as Interim Women's Development Manager for the World Unity Football Alliance supporting national teams across the globe develop their women;s teams.

Jon has been dedicated to the Women and Girls game for over ten years working with players on all levels from complete beginners to pro-level players and England internationals. He has been successful in supporting players to higher levels of football as well as supporting careers across in the United States. He also works as a freelance journalist reporting for a number of publications dedicated to the Women's game.

Qualified to degree level in Psychology,  Jon is also highly qualified in Sport holding a Level 4 Performance Analysis qualification, Level 4 Strength and Conditioning, Level 3 PESS (Supporting Physical Education and School Sport), FA Level 2, Goalkeeping Level 2 and a number of specialist qualifications including the level 3 Award in Education and Training. In 2022, he qualified as a Youth S&C Specialist.

Jonathan's professional approach combined with his experience assures that a service is delivered that truly second to none. He holds a passion for assisting people within in the game by breaking down the barriers that enable people to progress.

Coach & Consultant: Ellie Hawcroft

Ellie is a highly experienced player, currently playing in the United States on a scholarship from Concorde University and formally of National League club, Sheffield FC Women, in the UK. Ellie also represented England at College Girls level. As a junior player, she had high success at grassroots level playing girls and boys football, as well as being selected for RTC under Sheffield United at Under 16 level in its very first year of launch.

Ellie comes to The World At Her Feet with a strong passion for the Women's game and a determination to support the future players tomorrow. Her career sees her play and coach whilst studying her degree. She shares her time between the UK and US and is the pinnacle of dedication and determination.

Ellie will be working hard to inspire and mentor a new generation whilst delivering courses and coaching, sharing her vast amount of experience.

Media Lead: 

Helana Cotterill-Bolsover

 

Helana join us as a student of Broadcast Journalism and will bring fresh ideas and views to the team at The World At Her Feet. Helana will lead on podcasts and videos as well as exploring ways in which we can get the best out of our media services to enhance the experience of our users. 

Helana is currently in her fourth year playing for Chesterfield Ladies FC where she currently plays Under 18s football. She represented her club  in the 2022 Gothia Cup in Sweden as well as featuring for the Afghanistan Development Squad as a guest player in a collaboration team against the UK Police Womens Team. 

A keen footballer, Helana is currently studying for a career in journalism and will utilise all her skills in this role.
